Starting with the 'Goodbye Track, Hello XC' vid that was just posted - London Runner videos are back. I'll be taking over the video production, and though I don't have a Mac for fancy editing I'll do my best to post something decent each week up to and including Canadian XC.

Newest video should be up sometime tonight. There is a theme to the music; the first person to correctly guess what movie all 4 songs are from wins a prize: you get to help write an upcoming workout, or at least help choose the pre-workout Funtivity.

Nagle won the contest, within ~5 minutes of the video being posted. It was a bit ridiculous, really, since the video is more then 5 minutes long.
All 4 songs were featured in Tarantino's 'Kill Bill Volume 1'.

Having a LOT of trouble with the Ontario XC videos uploading/converting properly, despite being finished 5 days ago! I`ve got Part 1 posted now and hope to have Part 2 posted soon, but it`s not going too well. Sorry.
