Hey Guys,

Just wanted to say thank you (Mahalo!) to everyone for a great time at home. It is always nice to train with the club. I love what London Runner has going on. The website is so fun and informative. Adrian and team great work!
Congrats to everyone who competed at the Ontario Championships.
